Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan played a pivotal role in an impactful initiative as he distributed 172 appointment letters to fresh recruits in Bhubaneswar. This event was a part of the national Rozgar Mela, a program aimed at promoting employment opportunities and skill development, in alignment with the vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to prioritize job creation. During the ceremony, Pradhan personally handed out the appointment letters to the newly inducted recruits in Bhubaneswar. In a remarkable nationwide effort, Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself distributed around 51,000 appointment letters to the newly recruited individuals. This was achieved through a virtual ceremony that took place at 39 different locations across the country, highlighting the government’s commitment to generating employment opportunities.

The Rozgar Mela, characterized by its focus on job creation, acts as a catalyst for furthering employment generation and providing meaningful opportunities for the youth. It is a significant step towards empowering the younger generation and involving them in national development, aligning with the government’s vision. The newly appointed recruits will assume roles in various ministries under the Union Government. Furthermore, they will have the opportunity to enhance their skills and knowledge through the Karmayogi Prarambh program, an online orientation course designed for all new appointees in various government departments.
