Two Vistadome tourist coaches have been added to Visakhapatnam-Kirandul Express, which covers Araku valley and Borra caves in Andhra Pradesh; Macchkund, Sabar Srikhetra, Maliguda and Jeypore in Odisha, and Tiratgarh and Chitrakoot in Chhattisgarh. People from remote stations like Kotpad, Kusumi, Dhanpur, Chatadiput in Koraput can also have access to this unique travelling experience. The Vistadome tourist coaches are provided with a larger viewing area including rooftop glasses with 44 seats for passengers with rotation up to 180 degrees to face the direction of train movement. The coaches also have a Wi-Fi-based Passenger information system. What doubles the fun is that this train chugs through hills, tunnels, valleys and deep forests. Notably, the East Coast Railway (ECoR) had earlier attached one Vistadome coach to Visakhapatnam- Koraput-Visakhapatnam special train that plies on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays between May 9 and August 8 .
