Eminent Odia Artist Gajendra Prasad Sahu's paintings on display at India Habitat Centre in New Delhi

Eminent artist Gajendra Prasad Sahu’s solo art exhibition titled ‘Chitrakavya’ is on display at the Visual Art Gallery in India Habitat Centre, New Delhi. The exhibition, inaugurated by Union Minister of State for Culture Minakshi Lekhi, features around 40 paintings that showcase Sahu’s artistic accomplishments spanning over 45 years. The paintings, based on the themes of family essence and nature’s fragrance, have been designed using ink pen and acrylic colour on canvases. Gajendra Prasad Sahu, who has also produced six music CDs titled ‘Swarabarna,’ has contributed significantly to the art in Odisha as a professor in BK Art College in Bhubaneswar and Secretary of Odisha State Lalit Kala Akademi.
