Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan on Friday called upon the youth to be catalysts of social change. He was speaking after distributing appointment letters to 128 new recruits as part of the Rojgar Mela in Bhubaneswar. The minister asked them to act as soldiers during the Amrit Kal by shouldering greater responsibilities. He said the country today has redefined the sectors like employment, self- employment and telecommunications due to the policy and vision of the Prime Minister.
