Masterchef Abinas Nayak, the pride of Odisha, has launched a premium Odia Cuisine restaurant called ‘Oddiyana’ in Mumbai. The cloud kitchen ‘Oddiyana’ which depicts ‘the land of Odisha’, aims to popularize regional food, with a focus on authentic Odia cuisine. The restaurant will be eco-friendly, with 100% compostable packaging and a zero carbon cooking range. On the occasion of Utkal Divas, guests will be treated to a special menu, featuring some of the best Odia cuisines like chingudi Nadiya rassa, panasa cutlet, and Chenna payyas. The objective is to offer a contemporary setting for authentic Odia cuisine and to give customers a glimpse of the rich culture and heritage of Odisha.
