Odia mountaineer Anita Swain accomplished an impressive feat by successfully scaling Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest peak in Africa, on July 13th. Standing at a staggering 5,895 meters above sea level, Kilimanjaro is located in Tanzania. Anita, a resident of Puri, Odisha, has been actively involved in various mountaineering expeditions in the past, including those organized by the Association of Adventure and Social Activities (AASA), based in Bhubaneswar. Her recent achievement adds another remarkable milestone to her mountaineering journey.
