On 23rd April, 2021, Odia Samaj, New Delhi, organised a webinar to inaugurate its noble initiative named – Covid Care, a telemedicine initiative for patients to consult doctors.

 The webinar was inaugurated by Mr. Satyananda Mishra, IAS (Retd. Chief Information Commissioner, Government of India). Padma Shri Dr. S.K. Acharya, Pro-Chancellor KIIT University gave an insightful inaugural speech about the need to unite in the face of this deadly pandemic.

 Other eminent speakers in the webinar were Mr. Siddharth Pradhan (President, Odia Samaj), because of whom the effort could be put into motion in a record span of less than a week; Mr. Raul Kallo (CEO, Viveo Health), who gracefully offered the virtual platform, Viveo Health, to easily establish contact between doctors and patients and finally Dr. Ashok Chaudhary (Associate Professor, ILBS), who brought up this initiative with Odia Samaj.

 The webinar was also streamed live on the Facebook Page of Odia Samaj, New Delhi.
