Odisha is full of scenic landscapes, technological & architectural marvels & religious hubs that provide a plethora of tourism options to people who want to experience the beauty of Odisha. To showcase the picturesque and breathtaking tourist attractions of Odisha, Odia Samaj undertook the challenge of producing films on various aspects of Odisha tourism to popularise it across the globe. An experienced team was formed and after days of research, a plan was formed, topics were decided, shooting team was briefed and logistics were worked out.The team travelled the length and breadth of Odisha for 2 months facing the ravages of inclement weather, government restrictions and the recurring effects of pandemic.

Finally, eight great documentary films, each of which showcased a unique cultural aspect of Odisha were created. These films were released in the 2nd edition of Virtual International Odisha Parba in March 2022. The films were based subject-wise. Thus there were films based on a variety of subjects such as top dams, waterfalls, beaches, wildlife, temples, archaeological marvels, and shakti peethas of Odisha.
